I would just like to state that I have had my Cadillac for almost two years. I started taking my car to Dublin's location, but soon found a more comfortable place with the Easton Location (even though it's a further drive from home). I can not speak highly enough about the service department team. They truly care and take pride in their product and customers. In regard to the problems I have had with my vehicle I think it may be a little uncommon, but what I will say is that this team really takes care of you and makes sure they provide excellent customer service!
