I called Traves the first week of May because he told me the month of May my payment would go down. He informed me to come into the office as soon as they open. 5/18 I get a call from Bobby and she reminds me not to forget my payment. I informed her that I would be in 5/19 because I had appointment to see Traves. She informs me that Traves is out of town. I informed her if I would've known that I would've canceled my policy. Her response "that's fine". Thank you Traves for letting me know you were going out of town. :) Ill take my business somewhere else.
