    Given a two hour window to make a delivery, from 5 to 7 p.m. Missed it by four hours, didn't get delivery of item until 11 p.m.

    I would have rescheduled if they could have let me know that it was gonna take just that ridiculously long. But they couldn't even give me an ETA once they blew the deadline.

    The delivery guys themselves were apologetic, polite and efficient. It looks more like they were given far too much to do in one day by people above their paygrade.
