The vets and the techs are rude and condescending. Especially the short, fat, balding vet. I think his name is Tim? Absolute bag of dicks.

Banfield as a company is trash. They push unnecessary procedures for the money (they have quotas they have to meet for things like scheduling dental cleanings), they push pediatric spay/neuter because they believe that pet owners are too stupid to let their dog develop fully before fixing it....

If you already know what you need and you just need a licensed vet to give it to you, Banfield might work fine for you. But if you need actual veterinary care, look elsewhere.
