I wasn't in Columbus long, but I want to acknowledge what a professional and service oriented office Beau Burton runs.

When I initiated moving my policies from Atlanta to Columbus, each and every person I spoke with at this office was friendly, highly efficient and professional.

I've since returned to Atlanta, and returned my policies to Georgia. However, today I had occasion to need a document related to my old policies. I called Beau's office and spoke with Victor. Victor could not have been more responsive to my needs, and was supremely quick in his turnaround of the document.

I've been a State Farm customer for 30+ years, and come from multiple generations of State Farm customers. Clearly, Beau Burton knows the value of a State Farm customer, and he and his staff do an excellent job in demonstrating that with each and every customer interaction.
