    DO NOT use this company if you expect on time delivery. I ordered cookies for my son and needed them delivered by Friday. When I called to complain that they hadn't arrived by the end of the day nobody really cared. I was told that "It happens sometimes but only about 1 in every 10".

    Are you kidding me???? Maybe you should tell people up front that you are incompetent.

    The cookies were finally delivered at 7:18 p.m. Saturday.
