This was my first time not going to a chain place to get a haircut. James was excellent! I went in without a single clue as to what to tell him. He went through a few questions and immediately landed on something for me using his expertise.

The atmosphere was great, the receptionist at the computer was more than pleasant and offered me something to drink immediately. Wait time was almost non existent and the rest of the staff seemed to be genuinely happy to be there.

Great place, would definitely go again.
