5 Tabata-style workouts back-to-back in less than half an hour? You bet! Tim and Adam run a great cardio program. I go twice a week (in addition to 2 weekly strength training sessions at One More Rep) and the variety of exercises maximizes the benefit, and they always push that last bit of effort that I don't think is there. The classes are intense and fun. My 9-year-old daughter joins the Saturday morning class and loves it! She also participates in the Wednesday jump and speed class for youth. She is a figure skater and her jumps are higher and spins faster since starting the class. Perhaps more importantly, she loves it - especially telling me how Adam "killed my core"! If you're looking to start being active or are a seasoned athlete looking for something new, check out one of the classes. It's only 30 minute but very intense!
