Rainbow Dry Cleaners at 1210 West 3rd Avenue, Columbus, Ohio.

Tried to call about a drop and do service to see if it was available. Lady was extremely rude told me I had the wrong number. I just called the number on google and when I told her that she got an even bigger attitude and I hung up on her. Definitely not going here if that is the customer service they have and your not even a customer yet !!!

They were my only cleaners since I moved here from Cleveland 11 yrs ago. Until recently. I bought a beautiful yellow peplum top off of Amazon and wore it twice. Took it to Rainbow, and it came back dirtier than when I dropped it off! I was told "something else must've bled onto it". So now they've had it 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word!! They should be keeping me informed and in the loop. I have a feeling I'll be asking for what I paid for it, because they didn't seem very confident that they could fix it. More to come..
