The wait times can be murder in this place. My wife missed the 14 day return by 1 day and they wouldn't let her exchange her Google phone she hates. They called corporate as well as us and they claim they couldn't exchange phone. How u gonna be a big carrier and u can't change something in the system? Their starting to act like sprint now
